### 1. General

 

SL Family Property Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides property services to landlords and clients. 

We do not normally sell physical products through this website.

 

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be given for any fees you pay to us.

 

### 2. Property services and management fees

 

Most of our work relates to:

 

- Property sourcing 

- Rent‑to‑rent / guaranteed rent arrangements 

- Serviced accommodation management 

- Other property‑related services agreed with you

 

For these services:

 

- Any fees, commissions or charges will be clearly explained and agreed with you in writing before work starts 

- Refunds are **not normally offered** once the service has been provided or work has begun, unless we are required to do so by law or it is clearly stated in our written agreement with you 

 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us in writing and we will review your request.

 

### 3. Consultations and calls

 

If you book a paid consultation or call with us:

 

- You may cancel and request a refund up to **48 hours before** the scheduled time 

- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend the call, we may not be able to offer a refund 

- In some cases, we may offer to reschedule instead of refunding, at our discretion 

 

Any specific terms for a particular consultation or package will be confirmed in writing when you book.

 

### 4. Training, events or digital content

 

If we offer any training, events or digital content directly (for example, online sessions, guides or courses):

 

- Any refund terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase or in the joining instructions 

- Where no specific terms are given, refunds will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed once access has been provided or the event has taken place 

 

This website may also refer to training or programmes run by third parties (for example, Samuel Leeds / Property Investors). 

Refunds for those are handled by the provider directly under their own terms, not by us.

 

### 5. How to request a refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us by email:

Include:

 

- Your full name 

- Your contact details 

- Details of what you paid for (service, date, amount) 

- The reason you are requesting a refund 

 

We will review your request and aim to respond within a reasonable time. 

Approval of any refund is at our discretion, except where required by law or by a written agreement we have with you.

 

### 6. Method of refund

 

If a refund is approved:

 

- It will usually be made using the same payment method you used originally, unless we agree otherwise 

- Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider 

 

### 7. Changes to this Refund Policy

 

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page. 

You should check this page occasionally to make sure you are happy with any changes.

SL Family Property Ltd is run by Jakub Ziembikiewicz and is based in Birmingham. We focus on building long-term relationships with landlords by looking after their properties as if they were our own.

Jakub has been trained through Samuel Leeds’ Property Investors Academy and specialises in company lets and serviced accommodation across the West Midlands. We also offer a compliant deal sourcing service for investors, providing vetted property opportunities with clear numbers and support when needed.
